  1. Cas9 / Anti-CRISPR-associated endonuclease Cas9/Csn1 Antibody

    Starting at $89.00

     Immunogen: AAK33936.1    Q99ZW2
     Synonyms: Cas9, SpCas9, SpyCas9

     Background:

CRISPR (clustered regularly interspaced short palindromic repeat) is an adaptive immune system that provides protection against mobile genetic elements (viruses, transposable elements and conjugative plasmids) (PubMed: 21455174). Cas9 only stabilizes the pre-crRNA: tracrRNA interaction and has no catalytic function in RNA processing (PubMed:24270795). Subsequently Cas9/crRNA/tracrRNA endonucleolytically cleaves linear or circular dsDNA target complementary to the spacer; Cas9 is inactive in the absence of the 2 guide RNAs (gRNA).
  2. TOC132 / Anti-Translocase of chloroplast 132, chloroplastic Antibody

    Starting at $89.00

     Immunogen: AT2G16640    Q9SLF3
Synonyms: TOC132, AIC1, ARSENATE INDUCED CHLOROSIS 1, ATTOC132, MULTIMERIC TRANSLOCON COMPLEX IN THE OUTER ENVELOPE MEMBRANE 132

     Background:

The Translocon at the Outer envelope membrane of Chloroplasts (TOC) complex transports nuclear-encoded proteins into plastids, and a receptor of this complex, Toc132 seems to recognize chloroplast-destined precursor proteins and regulate their presentation to the translocation channel through GTP hydrolysis. In Arabidopsis thaliana, four psToc159 homologs are identified, termed atToc159(AT4G02510), atToc132(AT2G16640), atToc120(AT3G16620) and atToc90( AT5G20300).

    Starting at $89.00

     Immunogen: AT5G01590    Q7Y1W1
Synonyms: TIC56, TRANSLOCON AT THE INNER ENVELOPE MEMBRANE OF CHLOROPLASTS 56

     Background:

TIC56 is involved in protein precursor import into chloroplasts. It may be part of an intermediate translocation complex acting as a protein-conducting channel at the inner envelope.
  4. TOC34 / Anti-Translocase of chloroplast 34, chloroplastic Antibody

     Background:

TOC34 is an outer membrane GTPase protein that may function in import of nuclear encoded proteins into the chloroplast.
  5. TIC110 / Anti-Protein TIC110, chloroplastic Antibody

     Background:

TIC110 is a protein thought to be a part of the translocon at the chloroplast inner envelope. It is involved in protein import into the chloroplast and chloroplast biogenesis.
  6. TOC120 / Anti-Translocase of chloroplast 120, chloroplastic Antibody

    Starting at $89.00

     Immunogen: AT3G16620    Q9LUS2
Synonyms: TOC120, ARABIDOPSIS THALIANA TRANSLOCON OUTER COMPLEX PROTEIN 120, ATTOC120, TRANSLOCON OUTER COMPLEX PROTEIN 120

     Background:

TOC120 is a component of TOC complex, plastid protein import machinery. It functions redundantly with TOC132 in the import of non-photosynthetically-related proteins into plastids. In Arabidopsis thaliana, four psToc159 homologs are identified, termed atToc159(AT4G02510), atToc132(AT2G16640), atToc120(AT3G16620) and atToc90( AT5G20300).
  7. TIC100 / Anti-Protein TIC100 Antibody

    Starting at $89.00

     Immunogen: AT5G22640    Q8LPR8
Synonyms: TIC100, EMB1211, EMBRYO DEFECTIVE 1211, TRANSLOCON AT THE INNER ENVELOPE MEMBRANE OF CHLOROPLASTS 100

     Background:

TIC100 is a MORN (multiple membrane occupation and recognition nexus) motif containing protein involved in embryo development and chloroplast biogenesis.
  8. TIC55 / Anti-Protein TIC55, chloroplastic Antibody

    Starting at $89.00

     Immunogen: AT2G24820    Q9SK50

     Background:

The Tic55 (Translocon at the inner envelope membrane of chloroplasts, 55 kDa) protein was identified in pea as a putative regulator, possibly linking chloroplast protein import to the redox state of the photosynthetic machinery. Two Tic55 homologs have been proposed to exist in Arabidopsis: atTic55-II (AT2G24820) and AtPTC52 (AT4G25650) (Protochlorophyllide-dependent Translocon Component, 52 kDa; has also been called atTic55-IV).

Synonyms: RpoA, RNA POLYMERASE SUBUNIT ALPHA

     Background:

In chloroplasts, transcription of plastid genes is mediated by two types of RNA polymerase: plastid-encoded RNA polymerase (PEP) and nuclear encoded RNA polymerase (NEP). PEP is composed of four coresubunits (α, β,β’,β’’) and a promoter recognition subunit (σfactor). RpoA (ATCG00740) is the α subunit of PEP.
