Immunogen: AT4G17500 O80337 Synonyms: ERF-1, ATERF#100, ATERF-1, ERF100, ERF1A, ETHYLENE RESPONSIVE ELEMENT BINDING FACTOR 1 Background:
ERF-1 is a member of the ERF (ethylene response factor) subfamily B-3 of ERF/AP2 transcription factor family (ATERF-1). The protein contains one AP2 domain. There are 18 members in this subfamily including ATERF-1, ATERF-2, AND ATERF-5. Out of stock -

Immunogen: AT5G42630 Q9FJV5 Synonyms: ATS, ABERRANT TESTA SHAPE, KAN4, KANADI 4 Background:
ATS is a member of the KANADI family of putative transcription factors. It is involved in integument formation during ovule development and expressed at the boundary between the inner and outer integuments. It is essential for directing laminar growth of the inner integument. Along with KAN1 and KAN2, KAN4 is involved in proper localization of PIN1 in early embryogenesis. Out of stock -

Immunogen: AT5G49330 Q9FJ07 Synonyms: MYB111, ARABIDOPSIS MYB DOMAIN PROTEIN 111, ATMYB111, MYB DOMAIN PROTEIN 111, PFG3, PRODUCTION OF FLAVONOL GLYCOSIDES 3 Background:
MYB111 is a member of the R2R3 factor gene family. Together with MYB11 and MYB111 redundantly regulates flavonol biosynthesis. Out of stock -

Immunogen: AT3G17360 A0A1I9LN37 Synonyms: POK1, PHRAGMOPLAST ORIENTING KINESIN 1 Background:
PHRAGMOPLAST ORIENTING KINESIN 1 is one of the two Arabidopsis homologs isolated in yeast two-hybrid screen for interaction partners of maize gene TANGLED1 (TAN1). Based on sequence homology in their motor domains, POK1 and POK2 belong to the kinesin-12 class which also includes the well-characterized group of phragmoplast-associated kinesins AtPAKRPs. Both kinesins are composed of an N-terminal motor domain throughout the entire C terminus and putative cargo binding tail domains. The expression domains for POK1 constructs were more limited than those for POK2; both are expressed in tissues enriched for dividing cells. Out of stock
