Background:	The chloroplast NAD(P)H dehydrogenase (NDH) complex functions in PSI cyclic and chlororespiratory electron transport in higher plants. NDHH is the 49 KDa plastid NAD(P)H dehydrogenase subunit H protein. Its transcription is regulated by an ndhF-specific plastid sigma factor, SIG4.
