  1. FTSH5 / Anti- ATP-dependent zinc metalloprotease FTSH 5, chloroplastic Antibody

    Starting at $89.00

     Immunogen: AT5G42270    Q9FH02
     Synonyms: FTSH5, VAR1, VARIEGATED 1

     Background:

FtsH is an essential ATP-dependent metalloprotease for protein quality control in the thylakoid membrane of Arabidopsis thaliana chloroplasts. It is required for chloroplast development during leaf growth, and particularly for the specific degradation of photo-damaged D1 protein in the photosystem II (PSII) complex to maintain photosynthesis activity. In the Arabidopsis thaliana genome, 12 genes encoding members of the FtsH family have been identified. Nine of these proteins (FtsH1, 2, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 11, and 12) are located in the chloroplast. FtsH1 and FtsH5 are interchangeable in thylakoid membranes.
  2. PIFI / Anti-Protein POST-ILLUMINATION CHLOROPHYLL FLUORESCENCE INCREASE, chloroplastic Antibody

    Starting at $89.00

     Immunogen: AT3G15840    Q9LVZ5
Synonyms: PIFI, POST-ILLUMINATION CHLOROPHYLL FLUORESCENCE INCREASE

     Background:

PIFI is a chloroplast-targeted protein localized in the stroma that is a novel component essential for NDH-mediated non-photochemical reduction of the plastoquinone pool in chlororespiratory electron transport.
  3. SNAP33 / Anti-SNAP25 homologous protein SNAP33 Antibody

    Starting at $89.00

     Immunogen: AT5G61210    Q9S7P9
     Synonyms: SNAP33, ATSNAP33, ATSNAP33B, SNP33, SOLUBLE N-ETHYLMALEIMIDE-SENSITIVE FACTOR ADAPTOR PROTEIN 33

     Background:

SNAP33 is probably involved in cytokinesis and cell plate formation.
  4. RPH1 / Anti-Protein RESISTANCE TO PHYTOPHTHORA 1, chloroplastic Antibody

    Starting at $89.00

     Immunogen: AT2G48070    Q9ZU82
Synonyms: RPH1, RESISTANCE TO PHYTOPHTHORA 1

     Background:

RPH1 plays a positive role in the immune response to the oomycetes P.brassicae, including induced oxidative burst (e.g. H 2 O 2 ) and enhanced expression of defense-related genes.
  5. DOF2.4 / Anti-dof zinc finger protein DOF2.4 Antibody

    Starting at $89.00

     Immunogen: XP_024456610.1
     Synonyms: DOF2.4

     Background:

    DOF2.4
  6. GAPCP-1 / Anti-Glyceraldehyde-3-phosphate dehydrogenase GAPCP1, chloroplastic Antibody

    Starting at $89.00

     Immunogen: AT1G79530    Q9SAJ6
     Synonyms: GAPCP-1, GLYCERALDEHYDE-3-PHOSPHATE DEHYDROGENASE OF PLASTID 1

     Background:

GAPCP-1 is one of the chloroplast/plastid localized GAPDH isoforms (GAPCp1/At1g79530 and GAPCp2/At1g16300), GAPCps are important for the synthesis of serine in roots.
  7. STP7 / Anti-Sugar transport protein 7 Antibody

    Starting at $89.00

     Immunogen: AT4G02050    O04249
Synonyms: STP7, SUGAR TRANSPORTER PROTEIN 7

     Background:

STP7 mediates an active uptake of hexoses, probably by sugar/hydrogen symport.
  8. ATJ2 / Anti-Chaperone protein dnaJ 2 Antibody

    Starting at $89.00

     Immunogen: AT5G22060    P42825
     Synonyms: ATJ2/3

     Background:

ATJ2/3 plays a continuous role in plant development probably in the structural organization of compartments.
  9. HLS1 / Anti-Probable N-acetyltransferase HLS1 Antibody

    Starting at $89.00

     Immunogen: AT4G37580    Q42381
     Synonyms: HLS1, CONSTITUTIVE PHOTOMORPHOGENIC 3, COP3, HOOKLESS 1, UNS2, UNUSUAL SUGAR RESPONSE 2

  10. LHCB4.2 / Anti-LHCB4.2 protein of LHCII Antibody

    Starting at $89.00

     Immunogen: AT3G08940    Q9XF88
     Synonyms: Lhcb4, Chlorophyll a-b binding protein CP29

     Background:

The light-harvesting complex (LHC) functions as a light receptor; it captures and delivers excitation energy to photosystems. Lhcb4 (CP29) is one of the 3 minor chlrorophyll a/b-binding proteins associated with PSII in plants and algae. CP29 facilitates the State 1 to State 2 transition, where State I is induced by excess photosystem I (PSI) light and State 2 is induced by excess photosystem II (PSII) light.
