PsbP / Anti-PsbP subunit of oxygen evolving complex of Photosystem II antibody

PsbP is a 23 kD extrinsic subunit of the oxygen evolving complex of Photosystem II. PsbP participates in the regulation of oxygen evolution and stabilizes the oxygen evolving complex of PSII.

PhytoAB has PHY0646S antibody for PsbP, the immunogen is KLH-conjugated synthetic peptide of PsbP derived from Arabidopsis thaliana AT1G06680.

Among 25 analyzed species, the sequence of the synthetic peptide used for immunization is 100% homologues with the sequence in Nicotiana tabacum, Solanum lycopersicum, and 80-99% homologues with the sequence in Medicago truncatula, Cucumis sativus.
