PLGG1 is a plant LrgAB/CidAB protein localized to the chloroplast envelope that is involved in chloroplast development, carbon partitioning and leaf senescence.

PhytoAB has antibody PHY1468S and PHY1469S, the immunogen is KLH-conjugated synthetic peptide of PLGG1 protein derived from Arabidopsis thaliana AT1G32080.

Among 25 analyzed species, the sequence of the synthetic peptide used for immunization is 80-99% homologues with the sequence in Brassica napus.
