GSA1 / Anti-Glutamate-1-semialdehyde 2,1-aminomutase 1, chloroplastic antibody

GSA1 is involved in the biosynthesis of tetrapyrroles, it with homology to glutamate-1-semialdehyde 2,1-aminomutase catalyze the conversion of glutamate-1-semialdehyde (GSA) into 5-amino levulinate.

PhytoAB have new antibodies PHY1901S and PHY1902S, the immunogen is KLH-conjugated synthetic peptide derived from central section of GSA1 in Arabidopsis thaliana AT5G63570.

Among 25 analyzed species, the sequence of the synthetic peptide used for immunization is 80-99% homologues with the sequence in Glycine max.
