GrxS15 / Anti-Monothiol glutaredoxin-S15, mitochondrial antibody

GrxS15 participates probably to the maturation of iron-sulfur proteins and to the regulation of the redox state of the BOLA proteins.

PhytoAB has antibody PHY1817S, the immunogen is KLH-conjugated synthetic peptide of GrxS15 derived from Arabidopsis thaliana AT3G15660.

Among 25 analyzed species, the sequence of the synthetic peptide used for immunization is 100% homologues with the sequence in Brassica napus, and 80-99% homologues with the sequence in Medicago truncatula.
