GAPA1 / Anti-Glyceraldehyde-3-phosphate dehydrogenase GAPA1, chloroplastic antibody

GAPA1 / Anti-Glyceraldehyde-3-phosphate dehydrogenase GAPA1, chloroplastic antibody

GAPA1 is involved in the photosynthetic reductive pentose phosphate pathway. It catalyzes the reduction of 1,3-diphosphoglycerate by NADPH.

Phytoab has antibody PHY0408S for GAPA1, the immunogen is KLH-conjugated synthetic peptide of GAPA1 derived from Arabidopsis thaliana AT3G26650.

Among 25 analyzed species, the sequence of the synthetic peptide used for immunization is 100% homologues with the sequence in Zea mays, Cucumis sativus, Populus trichocarpa, Solanum tuberosum, Glycine max, Physcomitrella patens.
The sequence of the synthetic peptide used for immunization is 100% homologues with the sequence in GAPA2 (AT1G12900) and GAPB (AT1G42970), and 86% in GAPC1 (AT3G04120) and GAPC2 (AT1G13440).
