CCT1 / Anti-Choline-phosphate cytidylyltransferase 1 antibody
Arabidopsis thaliana increases cellular phosphatidylcholine (PC) content during cold acclimation by up-regulating PC biosynthesis. The A. thaliana CCT1 and CCT2 were known as CTP: phosphorylcholine cytidylyltransferases, which regulate PC biosynthesis via the CDP–choline pathway.
PhytoAB has antibody PHY1425S, the immunogen is KLH-conjugated synthetic peptide of CCT1 protein derived from Arabidopsis thaliana AT2G32260.
Among 25 analyzed species, the sequence of the synthetic peptide used for immunization is 80-99% homologues with the sequence in Brassica napus, Sorghum bicolor.
The sequence of the synthetic peptide used for immunization is 79% homologues with the sequence in CCT2 (AT4G15130).
