ANN1 / Anti-Annexin D1, C-terminal antibody
Annexin D1 is a member of the annexin family, a diverse, multigene family of calcium-dependent, membrane-binding proteins. In Arabidopsis, AtANN1 can exist as a plasma membrane protein and is responsible for the root epidermal plasma membrane Ca2+- and K+-permeable conductance that is activated by extracellular hydroxyl radicals.
Phytoab has antibody PHY1508S and PHY1509S for Annexin D1,the immunogen is KLH-conjugated synthetic peptide derived from C-terminal and N- terminal of ANN1 in Arabidopsis thaliana AT1G35720.
Among 25 analyzed species, the sequence of the synthetic peptide used for immunization is 100% homologues with the sequence in Brassica napus.
